• Do you ever send out a gift with substituted items?

    We do reserve the right to make substitutions as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts. In any occasion, when we do make substitutions, they are made attentively and always of equal or greater value than the original items.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do ship internationally, however, there are limitations as to what items can be shipped to your desired destination. We offer a selection of baskets that can be shipped internationally through our affiliated company. Please call us to find out more.

  • How long will it take for my gift to be delivered?

  • How can I review or make changes to web order?

    Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an Order Confirmation to the email address you provided when placing your order. This is your receipt, and it is also confirmation that your order has been placed. If you wish to make any changes please contact a Customer Service Representative at (905) 326-GIFT (4438), and have your Order Confirmation number ready for our reference.

  • Do you ship breakable items?

    We suggest to avoid selecting any gifts with bottles or breakables as indicated on our site, to be shipped out of Ontario with UPS. We make our best effort to advise the sender/purchaser of gift of ‘safe UPS gifts’, and we don’t take responsibility if a breakable arrives damaged.
